Ioni’s cakes

I am Ionelia Stoica and because Alphen aan den Rijn has become my home for five years and the children longed for their grandmother’s cakes, I started baking more and more. Since the cakes were appreciated not only by the little ones but also by friends and colleagues of different nationalities, I felt encouraged to share my passion for cooking with others. Since the desire for sweets is great and the fight with kilos is a problem for many people, including me, I tried to prepare the cookies by reducing the sugar as much as possible while keeping their taste and aroma.
